    Registered Counsellor - MACP

If you’re ready to step into lasting change, I’d be honoured to support you.

I work with adults and youth navigating life transitions, including relationship changes, identity shifts, grief and loss, and periods of uncertainty. My approach is collaborative and grounded in the belief that you are the expert in your own experience. My aim is to create a safe space and therapeutic relationship so that we can explore your patterns, process emotions, and build resilience together.

My integrative approach — grounded in Somatic Attachment Psychotherapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Internal Family Systems Therapy — allows me to tailor our work to your unique context and needs. I offer a space that is warm, nonjudgmental, and collaborative, where healing can happen at your pace.

My areas of focus include attachment and relational trauma, depression, anxiety, and grief and loss. I am committed to helping you reconnect with your authentic sense of self and move toward more secure, fulfilling relationships.
