    I am here to support you when life feels challenging, heavy and unsteady. Together we will explore new ways to cultivate meaningful change and move away from feeling stuck or helpless. My approach is client-centered and trauma informed, rooted in empathy, presence, and reconnection with yourself. 

    I work with adults, children, youth as well as families. I have experience supporting those who are navigating life with anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, stress/overwhelm, grief, trauma, emotional dysregulation, relational challenges and major life transitions.

    I integrate Somatic therapy, Narrative therapy, Strength-based therapy, IFS therapy and Nature-based therapy into my work. Each session to is tailored to your unique strengths and needs while honouring your pace, your experiences, and the goals that matter most to you.
