    Masters of Counselling Intern -

Life can feel like an uncharted journey. At times, you may find yourself feeling lost,
overwhelmed, or unsure of which direction to take next. When that happens, reaching out for
support can be a powerful first step.

Counselling, to me, is an invitation to pause. It is a space to reflect on how you arrived here, to
reconnect with yourself, and to explore how you want to move forward. With clarity and
renewed energy, you may continue along your current path—or choose a new one that feels more
aligned with who you are. After all, it is your path.

My approach is compassionate and grounded in evidence-based practices like Internal Family
Systems, CBT, and Solution-Focused Therapy. Maintaining a trauma-informed framework,
collaboratively, we will understand and honour the context of your lived experience.

Healing happens in connection. I invite you to book a free consultation where we can explore
your needs, co-create a plan, and see whether we are a good fit to walk this journey together.

You don’t have to do this alone.
    Let’s take the next step—together.
