Registered Counsellor - MACP, RCC, RN

Life can be challenging sometimes. You may be navigating grief and loss, anxiety, ADHD, relational concerns, health challenges, transitions, low self-worth or feeling overwhelmed. I bring 25+ years of experience as an RN and RCC, and I am here to support you and meet you where you are. I provide a compassionate, warm, and safe space to navigate your challenges and support your healing to achieve your potential and life goals. I tailor my approach to your unique needs and style, drawing from a variety of modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and my specialized training as an ADHD Service Provider. If you have relational trauma or want to dive deeper, I also use the impactful Emotion-Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), hypnotherapy, mindfulness, and creative expressive art strategies.

Let’s begin this transformative journey together. You can book a session straight away or if you are unsure, I invite you to book a free 15-minute consultation with me.
