    Registered Counsellor - MSW, RCSW

Hello and welcome to Your Path! I’m available to support adults of any age, parents/caregivers of youth, and those identifying on the autism spectrum. With over thirty years of direct practice and teaching experience in the counselling field, I’ve had the privilege of supporting people through a wide range of mental health struggles and life changes.

I have a solid grounding in the area of mental health challenges, and when useful – can provide formal diagnoses for work or school. I also specialize in helping people along their journeys of grief, trauma, relationship struggles, and work/life transitions. Using evidence-based approaches such as interpersonal psychotherapy, mindfulness-based therapies, and cognitive-behavioural therapies, my goal is to tailor our sessions for your needs.

Finally, I believe that counselling is a collaborative process where you set the pace and direction, and I’m here to support, guide, and walk alongside you. I am also available for a free 15-minute initial consultation to help you decide if I’m the right fit for you.
